Most of my friends hung their christmas tree on thanksgiving!! OMG I was really excited to hang out tree and decorate it. 
I knew we werent going to get a big tree, because we dont have room for one in our apartment. My mom bought a little plastic tree. GOOD ENOUGH!!!
And when i got home and saw the tree, we decorated it right away!! It was fun. I love hanging with my mom, we can really connect. I love her!!!
